- Refunds are issued back in the form of Store Credit Only.
- We only accept returns within 14 days from the date the order arrives to you.
- Shipping Costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and you return the items, original shipping costs (USPS charges to ship order to customer) will be deducted from store credit. EX: If you only returned 1 item out of a 5 item order, we will deduct 1/5 of the shipping costs out of your credit.
- Buyer pays for return shipping.
- Invoice/Packing Slip must be included so we can process the credit correctly. A small note with "why" you are returning the item is encouraged for feedback.
- Please allow 6-10 business days after the package is received for return to be processed.
- We will send you an email (to the email you used to purchase the order) with your store credit code when your return has been processed.
- ACCESSORIES, JEWELRY, BRALETTES, SLIPPER SHOES, JEGGINGS, PANTS, SHORTS, SHORT 2 PIECE SET, JOGGERS PANTS & LEGGINGS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
- All SALE/CLEARANCE purchases are FINAL. Any sale items returned to us will be donated to Home that Shelters Women.

Criteria for Accepting Return Items Back
- Must have original tag still attached.
- No signs of being used, worn and washed. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains and/or odor will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. If your items do not qualify for store credit you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned. If arrangements are not made - after 30 days the items will go to a Home that Shelters Women.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box. Failure to send the box back makes the shoe ineligible for returns.
We do not issue exchanges. Simply because an item can sell out while it is being shipped back to us. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, we recommend that you go ahead and purchase that item in your correct size, communicate with us (whether it be through email, facebook, or even a small note on the invoice/packing slip) that you have purchased that item in your correct size and will be returning the wrong size. We will then issue you a refund for the wrong size item back into your payment method once we have received it.
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- If you believe you have received a defective item you must contact us within 3 days of receipt.
- If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order please contact our customer service department at email@example.com
Please do not send returns back with "signature required". If a signature required package is sent back and we are not here to receive it, we do not hold ourselves responsible for picking it up at the post office.
